During my business experience over the last 45+ years, I have identified that fulfilling the need to have trained professionals has been and will continue to be the greatest challenge for any industry. Apart from this, the rapid pace of change in the working environment creates the need for continuous learning and upgrading of skills.

Sri Lanka too, from its unique geographical location, is currently undergoing a major transformation of its positioning in this region as it gears to become a powerhouse in trading activities, and other related services offered to the world.

At Vibhava Academy, we have identified 2 basic problems that are restricting individuals from achieving their potential in a world that is becoming smaller, more competitive and increasingly dependent on superior communication skills coupled with upto date knowledge in Information Communication Technology.

Vibhava Academy aims to fulfill these special needs during these special times by initially providing an on-line Spoken English Programme, which can be safely, easily and conveniently followed using the latest available communication technology.

Vibhava Academy has also identified the need to increase ICT Marketing skills and knowledge. The resources to facilitate this is available and will be offered in collaboration with some of the top industry professionals in Marketing as well as ICT, and accredited by the globally recognized Organization of Business Professionals (OBP) UK. Our initial target is to build a learning center that will provide potential employees with the required skills and knowledge in the ICT Marketing Industry which will add more value to potential employers, creating a Win-Win situation around relevant Industries.
