Director and co-founder of Synergy School of Marketing London and Sri Lanka affiliated to the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK of Marketing. With over 25 years of experience in marketing he commenced his career in a Japanese MNC and thereafter was appointed as General Manager in a Hong Kong Based Organisation specialized in the fashion industry. Having established Synergy in 1999 Michael ventured out as a consultant, trainer and thought leader. His consultancy spans across multiple industry sectors both in Sri Lanka and UK. Sri Lanka’s first international digital marketing conference in 2014 patronised by global digital marketing guru Dr Dave Chaffey was initiated and conducted under the stewardship of Michael who also hosted Sri Lanka’s first International planning forum under the patronage of PR Smith. In 2015 he was appointed Director of SOSTAC Global Certifications UK.
